I provide analytics and data work such as KPI definitions, tracking audits/QA, analysis (SQL/Python), and dashboards when needed. Exact scope, timeline, and deliverables are agreed in writing (email/brief/proposal) before work starts.

Project pricing and payment terms will be clearly outlined before we begin. Payment is typically split into milestones. Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.
Pricing is confirmed before work begins. Unless stated otherwise, payment is milestone-based or upfront for smaller scopes. Late payments may pause delivery until payment is received.
4. Intellectual Property

You own the final deliverables we create for you.
We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio and marketing.
Once full payment is received, you own the agreed deliverables (docs, queries, dashboards, writeups). I keep ownership of my reusable templates, methods, and tooling.
I may showcase work in my portfolio only with your approval or after removing sensitive details.

Either party can cancel a project with written notice. If cancelled mid-project, you may be responsible for payment proportional to the work completed.
